Slopes and valleys formed by the erosion of the LaMeseta Formation of Seymour Island, Antarctica. Formation consists mainly of poorly consolidated fossiliferous fine grained sands and silts. Up on the flat mesa in the distance – orange buildings of the Argentine Air Force Base Marambio.
